IEDRC partnered with us to redesign and rebuild their website from the ground up. The existing site was difficult to navigate, filled with outdated content, and no longer aligned with how the organization serves its audiences.
We approached this as a full reset—rethinking structure, content, and design to create a clear, modern, and usable experience.
The Opportunity
The previous site had:
- Broken links and dead ends
- Duplicate and outdated content
- Disconnected pages across platforms
- No clear path for users
Instead of trying to fix what was there, we rethought the site entirely, based on IEDRC’s goals and the people they serve.

What We Did
Rethought the Site from the Ground Up
We rebuilt the information architecture to align with user needs and organizational priorities. Navigation is now simpler, clearer, and built around how people actually use the site.
Rebuilt All Content
Rather than migrating existing content, we developed and implemented new content across the site. This allowed us to remove outdated information, eliminate duplication, and create a more consistent, easy-to-understand experience.
Modernized the Design
We introduced a clean, professional design with improved layout, hierarchy, and readability—making content easier to scan and navigate.
Improved Usability Across the Board
We simplified page structures, reduced clutter, and ensured users can quickly find what they need without hitting dead ends.
Built a Central Resource Hub
We created an internal resource repository to house key materials, tools, and brand assets—giving staff and partners a single place to access what they need.
Developed in WordPress
We built a custom WordPress site designed for flexibility and ease of updates, with a structure that supports long-term growth and content management.
